  1. The first of these refers to safety: always use products with a protection factor! If you do not know how to choose or apply it, the rules are: if you have white skin and blush quickly, a protection factor SPF 40 or even 50 is mandatory; if you have normal skin, neither too dark nor too light, you tan, but you also blush slightly - SPF 30; if you have olive skin, you tan lightly and rarely blush - SPF 20.

The products with a protection factor are applied 30 minutes or an hour before going to the beach and the application is repeated once every 2-3 hours.

Careful! A common mistake among those who want to get a quick tan is the use of natural oils. They do not contain a protection factor and cause sunburns that are certainly not desirable. A brown skin, very dry and with surface burns is neither beautiful nor healthy.

  1. Exfoliate the skin 24 hours before going to the beach. This removes dead cells from its surface, removing dirt and sebum that can block pores. The tan obtained will be more beautiful and more copper.
  2. Moisturize before and after sun exposure. Consume plenty of fluids, apply moisturizing creams or oils in the evening and in the morning.
  3. Don't forget to change the position you sit in often. This ensures that the tan is even.
  4. Choose the best times to sunbathe. Dermatologists do not recommend excessive sun exposure, especially at noon, and for a healthy tan, the most appropriate would be sun exposure 2-3 hours a day, morning and evening.
  5. Use thermal water, spraying it on the body. Besides the refreshing sensation, it will help you get a faster and more beautiful tan.
  6. If you do not have enough melanin - the pigment responsible for skin color - you can eat foods rich in beta-carotene: carrots, peaches, tomatoes, melons or mangoes. Besides stimulating melanin production, this substance protects your skin from the harmful action of the sun.
  7. Do not use perfume or makeup products, as they can leave marks on your skin.
